Booking Information

All our rooms have their entrance leading out into the garden. Our guests can unwind in the lapa area next to the swimming pool and enjoy ice cold refreshments at the bar. Comfortable smoking areas are available. There is a Wi-Fi hotspot available at the lapa free of charge. Laundry services are available. We send the laundry to our local dry cleaners and it takes 24 hours for the laundry to return.


We have a back up generator to ensure 24-hour electricity and a standby water reservoir. We serve breakfast and provide dinner and a lunch pack on request. On Wednesdays and Fridays, we have our signature braai available to all guests. We have a conference room available equipped with a projector and a flip chart. You can contact the office for any further enquiries regarding the conference facility.



Cancellation Policy

We do understand travel plans change, work commitments might demand that you reschedule your trip or your family simply wants to go somewhere else. No problem, we are here to help you, not to make things difficult.


Understanding our side as well

If you book a room, but cancel well in advance, no problem, we will accept this. We are quite confident that we’ll find an alternative booking, if we don’t, this is not your problem this is ours. However, if you perhaps leave this to the last minute and cancel perhaps the day before as an example, or simply don’t show up, we would have turned away numerous bookings and will therefore end up with an empty bed.


Cancellation options

We all have to find some fair and meaningful balance between these two options, in such way that this will be understood and fair to all, especially without proper reasons, and/or communicated with management.


Cancellation, No show and/or amendments will attract the following charges, which will automatically be debited (Bill back) to the Travel Agent (this will include amendments, which cancel any given room nights reserved).


100% if booking cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival date.

75% if booking cancelled 8 to 14 days prior to arrival date.

50% if booking cancelled 15 to 21 days prior to arrival date.

25% if booking cancelled 22 to 31 days prior to arrival date.


Terms and Conditions

Please take note that Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Should you require a late departure or early arrival, please notify us so that necessary arrangements can be made. An additional charge may be levied for requests for early check in or late check out.

A guest that doesn’t check in before 21:00 will be seen as “No Show”, unless prior arrangements has been made. For the security and safety of all our guests the main gate will be locked after 21:00, guests can use the after hours contact number.


We have a no smoking and no pet policy, whereby if smoking in the room or if you have a pet in the room a fee will be charged. All of our rooms are non-smoking rooms. Damage to goods within guest rooms or loss of items, amount for the above payable is at the discretion of management.

We follow a “pay one, stay one” policy. Family and friends can be entertained at the lapa, unless you have arranged with management otherwise.


All guests must provide a valid ID, drivers licence or passport upon check in and fill in the Reservation form. On the day of departure all guests need to complete the check out form for record keeping.


We do not have any accounts. Strictly pre-payments, credit card details or cash on arrival. Guests not booked by a travel agent, with prior payment agreements are requested to settle their account directly on day of arrival.

Secure Parking is available on the premises and a Taxi service is on standby on prior arrangements.
